Effective January 31, 2006 I am resigning as the Adult Coordinator of the USAV Florida Region an organization I have served with for a ten year period. My successor is Bob Nichols, whom many of you know as he is an avid beach and indoor player. I will be working with Bob to insure that the USAV indoor program will remain a strong and a respected program both locally and nationally. As with change everywhere, this transition does close some doors and opportunities as it does open many more.

The Florida Volleyball Grand Prix Indoor Series and the Florida Grass Court Volleyball Series will return in 2006 with the only difference being it is now affiliated with a volleyball organization focused on enhancing the adult game. I remain a happy and enthusiastic member of USA Volleyball as a player, referee and tournament director. I am looking forward to 2006 as both the indoor and outdoor series will once again be visiting Orlando, Tampa, Miami and Brevard county providing opportunites for volleyball players of all ages and abilities.
